For most people the problem is to get anything into that white space on their Ryze pages. Of the 40 people who joined this network a MONTH ago, only 13 have solved that problem.
I used to recommend that people find some quotes and some interesting pictures to put in that space. That works, but it's not about you really.
I used to have a looooong page, over 3 pages printed. I shortened it to 2 printed pages and now it's much shorter again. I'm sure shorter pages get read more. I've also discovered that for all intents and purposes assume people will never print web pages.
As for how often to change a page. How long is a piece of string. You change. Ryze changes. Styles change. The world we live in changes. Read your Ryze Page. If you become dissatisfied with it, change it.
The are about 50 people in this network now with a "white space" problem. If you are one of those, open [edit home page contents] and write something, make a start. You won't be happy with it. But you'll know that tomorrow you can make it better. Change it everyday or twice a day until you are satisfied with it. Not so hard really. Take one step - you know what comes next.
