On My New Ryze Page - What should I say?Views: 163
Oct 17, 2009 3:50 pm Updating Your Page re: On My New Ryze Page - What should I say?

T.E.A.M. Mom!
Well I update my page whenever I add/delete out content, most of the times though, it is weekly since I am on ryze almost daily (except weekends, unless needed). I added an updated graphic under my TeamMom banner for those who do check my page regularly so they know whether or not their were changes.

I have gone thru many phases or revamping, thankfully and am quite happy with what I have now. My main, primary focus is to just network with other's and meet new people. Where it goes from there is up to fate :) I realized early on that you can be too much of one thing and not enough of another. Thru the trial and error years (05&06) I learned great lessons on who I wanted to be here and what I wanted people to recognize when they associated TeamMom with me.

As I have lively debated in the past on a few networks, I do get upset at some who feel it necessary to call out and than publically berate or call out someone who doesn't meet their criteria of standard re to the way they feel that person's page should look. I have actually had ladies PM in hysterics and literal tears, vowing that they would never come back or worse, never network again, how sad!

Some people just do not have the time, money or the knowledge to have a nice, crisp professional looking profile page, so what I say. Instead of pointing this out to the whole world, why not offer an encouraging word or advice, better yet redirct them to where they can find someone, someplace (like here now) to get the help they may need?

Ryze for some is just another place to post a profile and than leave, that is fine... where as for other's it is their first stepping stone to a more prominent role in the world of online networking and it should not be such a frightening experience they leave it all together. A person should set aside the goals of why they are here and than progress from this platform. Change is a great necessary aspect of anything in life, it causes growth, independance and eventually, success.

Have a wonderful day everyone! Patricia
