Hi everyone, my name is Cathie and I am new to Ryze and to this group. I live in Fresno, CA and am the owner of a holistic wellness center called Deliberate Health. I am single, 1 grown son and 2 beautiful grandsons. I am a vegan, follow natural health practices (including medicinal plant herbs and neuro muscular work), eat a high raw diet, am a big reader (education never stops for me), love music, bible study, adore animals (especially dogs), and live an organic lifestyle. I have a huge heart for helping others and a passion for life.

I am happy to be a member of this group and look forward to meeting each of you!
