re: My New Ryze Page - What should I say? |

Taking my cue from John (as have been for several years now), I also revamped, cleaned up and completely created a new format and direction for my own page. I realized that in order for people to continue to connect me with who and what I want to be, I need conformity.
Yes, pages that seem too wordy or not structured, can be abit daunting to sift thru, but, depending on how the style and context is presented, can be a pretty interesting find/read. I do admit that there have been times, pages, that I just bypassed because they were just overflowing with so much wording and well, didn't have a focus.
I also don't like pages that are filled with loads of banners, buttons, ads, etc blinking and bouncing all over. If that is what they want here out of ryze, they might be fighting a losing batte. With all the many free options available (websites), this sort of marketing often just gets overlooked.
When I first started out (compared to now), my page was a far cry from looking anything like a professional profile and was a hogwash of all sorts of goofy graphics and did not properly reflect who I was and what I wanted people to remember when they happened upon the page.
The one essential aspect I have continued to keep thru all the revisions, was that of a networking page, primarily focusing on helping others with both their ryze experience and their online life in general (per to business). As I grew and educated myself with other forms of communication (ie blogs, twitter, facebook), so did my ryze page evolution.
Do your homework.... by this, read and completely understand what a ryze membership is all about. Listen to those before you... by this, take the time to visit the networks here on ryze (especially this one). You'd be surprised how much you can gain from other's insights and knowledge. Be prepared.... by this, be willing to accept help, criticism (if asked), whatever needed to help your new experience here on ryze, rewarding.
Take care everyone, I am hoping to visit as many of you who have joined ryze over the past few months (November-Present) and look forward to networking. Enjoy your day!
