Hi All,
I would appreciate that you could give me some critics on the summary for my CV stated below. In fact I guess it is too long and I can move some points of it to my skills sections of the CV, but I'm not sure. Anyway, I am grateful in advance to anyone who will be able to express their opinion on in and I also hope it will be interesting for you to read it. Going next...
The Summary.
I am a 26-year-old professional with a considerable knowledge and experience in IT, internet projects, software development, cellular and telecommunications. I started my IT career after graduating university, major in System Analysis, in the Implementation Department of CBOSS Association, the leading Russian BSS/OSS developing company, as a specialist in Web products implementation.
Rapidly and deeply expanding my professional interests to a line of VAS, Web and IN products, internal and international (PMBOK) projects management methodologies; I gained strong experience in international projects for cellular and telecom companies. I was responsible for implementation and VAS-projects management for several customers in Senegal, Niger, Singapore, Argentina, Armenia and Russia. The areas of my activities included working in international project teams for presale projects, delivery of turnkey prepaid, postpaid and convergent solutions for GSM/CDMA/PSTN/INET network operators, integration with third-party vendors of content systems, payment and bank systems as for managing the local support team for a startup operator in Azerbaijan (2 million subscribers).
Continuously succeeding with excellent feedbacks for my job from customers, line and project managers I shifted my professional pursuits to organizational work, analytics and consulting support in implementation projects transferring to the position of Lead Business Consultant in CBOSS. I was involved in the highest-priority turnkey implementation project for a startup cellular operator in South-East Asia (over 5 million subscribers). I was given a responsibility for business analysis, IT-solutions design, products change and development management, discussion and endorsement of project documentation. Design of schemes and diagrams for the whole convergent BSS/OSS/VAS/IN/WEB/CC solution (over 60 products, over 200 servers) integrated with other network and service vendors was also successfully imposed on my scope of responsibility.
Later on I was offered a line managing position of Head of Web Products Implementation in CBOSS, taking a responsibility for leading a sector of Internet solutions implementation in a company: managing resources and risks, solving conflicts, planning projects and works. Significant achievements in these activities and in leading a number of internal projects for optimization and design of company management technologies allowed me to achieve the highest value of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) among all employees and leaders of Implementation Department at CBOSS.
My first priorities have always been comprised of applying and developing my professional management and analytical skills, high efficiency of work, self-perfection, professional and career development.
