Hi Igor,
I tried the fancy envelopes,the couriers send it towards end of closing date so it will be on top etc, etc. Never got me an interview.
WHAT DID WORK? Lots of resumes with photo in top corner and box it up into kind of bullet type point info. Your resume is a bit upside down.
