Cathie Garnier | | Hi everyone, my name is Cathie and I am new to Ryze and to this group. I live in Fresno, CA and am the owner of a holistic wellness center called Deliberate Health. I am single, 1 grown son and 2 beautiful grandsons. I am a vegan, follow natural health practices (including medicinal plant herbs and neuro muscular work), eat a high raw diet, am a big reader (education never stops for me), love music, bible study, adore animals (especially dogs), and live an organic lifestyle. I have a huge heart for helping others and a passion for life.
I am happy to be a member of this group and look forward to meeting each of you!

There were twenty one newbies here for September. There are 44 newbies for October. Hardly anyone has made an introductory post here. The idea was to make the first post you make easy. (I do know how hard it was for me.)
There is also a thread "Networks on Ryze" where newbies are encouraged to write about Ryze networks they find interesting or useful. Sometimes it's easier not having to write about yourself.

If you remain a "silent member" eventually your interest will wane and your opportunity here on Ryze will be lost. You need to engage. DO SOMETHING.

Welcome to the group and I hope you get as much out of Ryze as I am beginning to experience. It really is about participation and contributing in some small way. I really like the organic lifestyle you practice. My diet is really healthy also, did the vegan thing for a while but it's really hard to break habits you've formed over a lifetime. I'm been in internet marketing for 3 1/2 years and I love what i do. They say once you become your own boss it's hard to go back to the hustle and bustle.
This group will be very exciting to be apart of for me and i'm ready to share ideas and get to know each member.

Write about yourself and a little about what you do, and a little about your brief experience on Ryze. Help us to get to know WHO you are.
When you've done that, and you've seen the reaction to your post that might help you with your own Ryze Homepage.
People can of course respond to the introductions on the same thread. But if you respond, ask yourself if you shouldn't include your own introduction either in the same post or in another post.

I spent 13 yrs. working in a family dental practice. I rode cross country with my hubby for 3years as owner operators once my youngest son left for college. What an experience. We purchased and worked a shrimp boat for two seasons, This was awesome!!
My hubby,two doggies and I recently sold everything and relocated to the coastal bend area. Rockport, TX. I miss my family, but the wonderful world of technology helps.
Currently I am working from home with a great company.
Looking forward to getting to know many of you. I am new to social networking and have lots of questions.
