Everyone wants to get with IT! Whatever 'IT' is. I am not persuaded to follow the crowd of multi-media-motivated automotons who are falling over one another trying to get all the freebies, trying to blot out their minds with loud noise, and their eyes with flashing, popping gizmos. Yes, they're quick to call each other friends, but they don't really care for anyone, unless there's something or someone to feed on.

Thank God Ryze hasn't felt impelled to take this path. To use the analogy of music, which is as close to the human heart as we can probably get, there will always be a place for the classical variety. It's all rather subjective, and I guess I am speaking from a rather old-fashioned point of view, but I do highly value my experience with Ryze even though it has not beeen without its hot moments so to speak.

As a gold member (approx/33cents/day), I periodically enjoy viewing the list of the newest members. This is a great learning experience about the kinds of people who are attracted to Ryze. They are still coming. One new member who is a President of a significant US company joined my network today. That's just one example. Frankly, I would not have enough time in a month to seek out the potential business prospects of even a small fraction of the Ryze membership. If I was a young guy looking for a perfect match, the Ryze network would provide me with not only a fantastic selection, but a very valuable meeting place.

I think it would be a good idea for Ryze to set up a weekly conference call to establish a dialogue between members and owners. Written communication has serious limitations. I would really love this to happen so if there are any members here who are in agreement, please pass the word around. As far as funding is concerned, Ryze could be making substantially higher income by means of advertising.
Let's face it, the advertising dollar is what keeps these other networks going.
