It's not just what you do when you are on a social network that matters. It's what you do when you are offline - especially out in public - that matters. Public exposure is an opportunity to brand your business and yourself. That opportunity arises more often than you might think. But, it is one thing to have that opportunity and it is another to take advantage of it.
