Business Networking Is Both An Online and Off-line Deal...but

I suppose everyone knows that business networking is both an online and an offline ordeal...but, how often do the two merge in something that looks like Twitter...but isn't?

What am I talking about? I am talking about a service called Foursquare. I have no idea why this service is called "foursquare." I have no idea why what it does should have anything to do with bowling. I just think it is clever the way this service has managed to attract foot traffic. Check it out and let me know in this thread what you think.

Looks interesting however I simply don't have any more time to manage all of the network sites I am currently part of. I spend a lot of time in determining which of the sites I get the best use of my time. If anyone knows of the site and has experience I would also be interesting in other opinions.
